Introductory pricing. These prices are for the first year of paid plans. We set them with input from OCL users. We're offering them as we better understand our full operating costs and what it will take to scale the service. Select an annual plan to lock in the price for the year.

Yes. Browsing, searching, and publishing public terminology is free, as it always has been, and we're committed to keeping it that way. The new paid plans are for tools that go beyond the open commons.
The OCL Mapper with an AI assistant is the big one — plus private repositories, semantic search over your own content, the OCL CLI and MCP server, and FHIR terminology operations. Most of this didn't exist before now.
The things that cost real money to run and go beyond public, open terminology: AI-assisted mapping, private content, and higher usage limits. Public terminology stays free.
Your content stays where it is, and we'll give you plenty of notice before anything changes. The FAQ sets out exactly what happens to existing content, including private repositories.
